I am a professional economist, recently retired from an international financial institution. I use blogging as a way of organizing my ideas about a range of topics. I originated from the Caribbean, and spent three decades being educated, living, and working in the UK. I have lived in the USA for a couple of decades, and have worked and traveled abroad extensively. My views have a wide international perspective.
