Hi, nice to meet you !
Hi Dennis,
I contacted you a while back about a friend of mine getting posted to Barbados from here in DC. He got the job and leaves in early June. He and his fiance are interested in meeting you and your wife to hear stories of life in Barbados. If you might be open to that, please email me and I’ll tell you more.
Best to you,
Teri in Arlington
Ah, Dennis, I can see I caught you at a bad time. Would it help if I hinted that my friend’s position is very high level? And that my husband and I have the new Bahamian film “Rain” which your wife might enjoy as much as we did?
Brood gently, my friend.
Teri
